{Event Recap} The Live Longer Tour - D.C. Stop
On Saturday, June 24th, J. Simms Events had the pleasure of hosting the D.C. tour stop of Dr. Ivan's national book signing and boot camp -- The Live Longer Tour! The tour stop was in partnership with D.C. based trainer, Exclusive Results.
Attendees participated in an intense, but fun boot camp, which consisted of multiple one minute stations. From tire flips to jumping jacks -- guests learned workout techniques to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.
After the cool down sessions, guests were given a food demonstration and tasting by Fit Food Meal Prep, which went perfectly alongside the skinny cocktails crafted by Snooty Fox Bartending!
