From a young age, J. Simms has had a love for planning events. Starting with events for family, friends, and herself, Jay has turned her love into a business lifestyle. She now has over 10 years of professional event planning and communication experience and holds a Masters Degree in Communication.
Jay has executed campaigns and events in various industries, from beauty to finance to non-profits. Jay was named 2019 Top Forty Under 40 for Prince George's County. Jay's work has been featured on Fox 5 DC, Let's Talk Live DC, Wake Up Washington, Great Day Washington, and more! She developed her love for communications while in college, and there she began working with small businesses and individuals to revamp their strategies.
Exuding warmth, professionalism, and a keen attention to detail, Jay has charmed clients with her high-quality performance and welcoming personality. In her spare time, Jay enjoys spending time with family and friends, hosting intimate dinner parties, and watching Food Network.
