{Event Recap} Talking Numb3rs

Our company was hired by The Numb3r Agency to plan their first financial workshop (we also manage their digital media). Talking Numb3ers was created to help business owners learn and discuss their finances in a chic and trendy environment.

We provided the following services for this workshop:

  • Theme and Concept Development

  • Venue Research and Selection

  • Decor Sourcing and Shopping

  • Event Marketing

  • Budget Management

  • Content Creation

  • Vendor Management

  • Day-Of Coordination

We began our event process by providing our client’s with a custom questionnaire. The Numb3r Agency’s goals were to:

1. Sell between 15-20 tickets

2. Host a financial workshop that was trendy and chic

We then created a decor and marketing proposal outlining how we would help them achieve those goals. Check out some of the highlights throughout our process.

The Numb3r Agency’s brand colors are black and white. We knew we wanted to add in an additional color to make the decor pop! We decided to go with mustard yellow and kept the theme minimalistic and chic. Check out our event moodboard below.

We ensured that our client had branded materials to place their signature mark on their event. Check out some of the branded goodies below!

For the food, we kept everything light and mess free with sandwiches, fruit, and veggies. We also created a custom mimosa bar for guests to interact with and enjoy throughout the event.

Our client and event guests were extremely happy with the quality of the event!
